Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Codestivo are digital download items, including source code, scripts, themes, CMS systems, and web tools. Once a purchase is completed, access to downloadable files and license keys is immediately granted. Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict NO REFUND policy for all purchases. After payment is successfully completed and a license key is generated, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances.

  • No refunds after download access is provided
  • No refunds after license key generation
  • No refunds for partially used products
  • No refunds for upgrade or renewal purchases

3. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are strongly advised to:

  • Read the full product description carefully
  • Review demo versions (if available)
  • Verify server compatibility and technical requirements
  • Ensure the product meets their intended use case

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed all product information and agree to our no-refund policy.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Server or hosting incompatibility
  • Custom modifications made by the buyer
  • Failure to read product description
  • Business decision changes

5. Exception (Payment Error Only)

The only exception where a refund may be considered is in the case of a verified duplicate payment (same order charged twice). In such rare situations, we may investigate and process a correction.

6. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving product access will result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account
  • License key deactivation
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Legal action if necessary

7. Agreement

By purchasing any product from Codestivo, you agree to this refund policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with the purchase.
